He helped me reach the gates, he was determend to help, why?

Ray looked at the glistening gates of the island, bright, golden and beautiful. This was just the first of it's beauty.
"Thank you Nathen. I'll never forget your kindness..."
His eyes looked at the sunlight falling over the gates, warmth flowed through him, he wanted to be prepared for the tasks.
Ray's eyes turned red like ruby, he's a vampire.
A yonge lady walked forward to Ray and Nathen, she was at peace through and through.
"Is that the-caretaker?"

''Yes, it is. Oh and, you didn't think you would be doing htis alone, do you? I want to help!'' I looked at Ser, then at Ray, then at my sword. I hoped it would be another fight, because, to be honest, that was really fun.

I hope Tyra hasn't stayed in the colliseum this whole time! I thought to myself as I stared past the gates ate the arena.

Seraphim opened the gates and smiled at the two boys "Hello Nathan, Ray! How are the both of you?" She put her hands behind her back and waited for an answer.

''I'm fine, thanks.'' I said, after which I looked at Rays nervous face, waiting for him to reply.

Ray felt, not very normal. His heart was beating fast. His body was heating up. He colapsed onto the ground.
"Uh- I c-can't go there. My- body, i-it's power is draining!"
He catched his breath, Nathen and Seraphim helped him up.
"My power can't handle the vibes from this island..."
Rays eyes began to shut. Open. Shut. Like the gate. Open. Shut. Open...

Seraphim sensed something was wrong she saw his red eyes *gasp* A vampire? She given him a hug and recovered him " Are you ok now? Don't worry I recovered you you should be fine now!" She smiled and put her hands on his shoulders.

I was abit startled, when I regained my train of thought, I asked ''Ser, what challenge do you have for us?'' I hoped she wouldn't make me fight more demons.

''Wait a minute, did you say he was a- a- vampire??'' I looked at Ray, and then at Ser ''He won't eat me, will he?''

"No he wont I made his powers only harmful to enemies and also he's weak in Holy places so when I hugged him he recovered his strength.
Your task today is! [opening the golden envelope] Riddles edge! This place could sooth your thoughts and control your anger by giving you mind boggling riddles! You two could work together if you want and when you completed all of the riddles [about 5 altogether] a spirit will come to give you your prize! What do you think? Up for it?"
She helled her hand out waiting for a reply.

Ray looked up at seraphim, wondering what to say. Now Nathen knows he's a vampire so he's was scared if he's scared of him. He stood up, grabed seraphims hand.
"Yes. I would like to take the challenge, only if Nathan is with me..."
He piered at Nathan, waiting for an answer. Hoping he still trusts him after knowing he's a vampire...
"Well.. What do you say?"

''Why not? Of course I will!'' I looked at RAy, knowing that he was getting ready to go. ''SO Ser, where do we go to start?'' I said, putting my hand n my sword to show I was ready to go, to.

"OK! All you need to do is go to riddles edge where a spirit will give you riddles and if you answer 3 or more right [5 of them altogether] you become a part of Tranquiland and get rewards!" I'll take you there!

''Ray, actually, you have to take this one on your own, I have others matters of which to attend to.' I nodded, and disapeared into a shadow. I wish I could have helped Ray, but I just didn't feel like answering 5 riddles.

Ray, turned to Nathan.
"Thank you. For all you done for me, I hope I'll see you one day."
He turned back to Seraphim.
"I'm ready now.."
He walked towards the gates, and entered the island...
