Monster amongst joker

The bright lights and swirling frenzy of colours was a magnet to Leo. She was drawn to it like a moth to a lamp. And the few times she'd been seen stalking among the shadows, she'd been regarded as a circus act, and simply went with the flow.

All those people. Such loud heartbeats. Pounding in her ears.
Such healthy flesh. Not on her tongue yet.
Snapping herself out of the thought, Leo continued to prowl through the Circus, looking at all the wonders it held.
Though her stomach rumbled, she'd have to ignore it.

Like a rotten apple ready to sour the sweet ones, she stood, expression less.
Such a happy scene was painted here, but the smiles of the crowds faded as eyes passed over the girl and her newly aquirred 'toy'.
She hadn't had a chance to use it yet, although she knew it was sharp.

Being part of the guard certainly had it's perks.

Although, the reason she was here was one of the many down-falls that came with the job. The mistress had a tendancy to get...violent.
When that happened, it was best to duck. Or run.
So Rose had chosen the second option.
It wasn't necessarily the right one.

Crawling through the Circus, Leo caught glance of a fairly capturing girl. Long dark tresses set on clear, white skin. Always good for the tongue. But she couldn't think about that. Not now.

Casting a wistfully hungry glance to the dark maiden, she tried to ignore her growling stomach. She was so, so hungry.
But no, no dining upon such a promising evil. There would be hell to answer for it from the reigning one.

"Here" Evil said holding down a fresh human"I don't want you feasting on my guard. And this was a result of an evil deed."She then disappeared

The sudden appearence of the ruler of evil froze Rose to the place she stood. Would she be in trouble?
As it turned out, she wasn't. The leader had simply come to warn the girl that stood nearby and to prey on a poor, innocent human.
But right now was not the time to be thinking about things like that.
The word that had been said bothered Rose slightly.
"I don't want you feasting on my guard."
Did this mean that she too was feared? Did it mean that she was really as different as Seraphim had been upset about?
"And this was a result of an evil deed."
Whether it was or was not being said as a comment about Rose, she wasn't sure. But it meant something. To be in Demonia in the first place, she was no longer the good person she used to be.
That hurt.
Her short and simple conclusion was shown on her face.

Evil Tapped Rose on the shoulder. "Enjoy thie circus. And make a friend I want you to have" She shivered at the word, "Fun....Geting bored so I'll bother some one else!"
